Yoga tested as back pain therapy - BBC News

BBC NEWS | Health | Yoga tested as back pain therapy
This is a very welcome study as it's good to see any complemetary therapies being tested in the way.

I hope and expect that it will have positive results but I'm also a little concerned because I've had some clients who have found they have actually made thier backs worse doing Yoga. I think that as wirh most things you need to have a very good teacher to gain the maximum benefits and avoid the possibility of damage.

I'm going to do my bit here by linking to the St Johns Ambulance website and suggesting that you read over these pages on CPR and the recovery position.

Don't forget the life that you save could be a loved one!
