Flu Patients Recover Twice as Fast by Taking Elderberry Extract - Greenhouse Communications

I've not come across elderberry extract before but this looks like an interesting study of it's effects on recovery of people having flu. The sample size was fairly small but the study was done as a double blind and the figures are impressive.
