Rolfing goes mainstream

Rolfing goes mainstream
Rolfing is something you can get in this country too but you may have to search a bit for a practitioner.

From what I've read it addresses very similar problems as the Neuroskeletal Realignment which I practice but the pressure is more direct and often painful while NSRT is remarkably gentle.

World Lupus Day 2007

Life Saving First Aid Procedures

I've just completed my First Aid at Work requalification course and it reminded me of how passionate I am about First Aid training. I think it should be taught in all of our schools as part of the core curriculum and that everybody should know the basics of what to do in an emergency.

I'm going to do my bit here by linking to the St Johns Ambulance website and suggesting that you read over these pages on CPR and the recovery position.

Don't forget the life that you save could be a loved one!
